HAIK-WOO FROM PRINCE

Today I woke up and decided to write my first Haik-Woo (hope Dave doesn't mind!) in a special lady's honour.

I should have asked her this on Valentines Day but was too scared to.....I know, I don't normally get scared but this is a biggy!

Here goes:

EXCITING NEWS ABOUT SUMMER!!!

Haroo everypupper!

It was Sum's big weigh in today - one whole month since she's been on her special pills for her thyroid problem thingee!

Mom thought she might have lost 0.5-1kg but she's lost a whole 1.5kg!!! Woo woo - go Summer!!! You'll be slim and trim in no time and ALMOST able to keep up with the Princester:)

I was gonna tell you how much she weighs but I better not cause she might get embarrased about her weight like most girls do.

I can tell you puppies, my sisters energy levels have skyrocketed.....she's chasing me round all over the place!

1. Summer - I am really good off lead and get to run around free when we're in the forest and in large areas. I don't run off often, I like to stick close to my Mom and little brother Prince, I'm a clingy girl.


2. Prince - I love standing in water and emptying out water bowls by digging furiously in them, cools me down cause I'm such a hot boy.


3. Summer - Mom says I'm not a very focused runner, I much prefer to attack Prince in mid run and chew on his legs. It barely slows us down though.

4. Prince - I'm not very interested in food and treats, I'll take a treat from you when you offer it to me but more often than not I'll drop it and wander off - I prefer exercise and girls.

5. Summer - I've been told I'm a cheeky girl, I like to tell stories and give Mom a good telling off if I think she needs it.

6. Prince - I get frights easily, sometimes I can be walking/running along a trail when large stationary objects off to the side scares me and makes me jump. I'm sure they appear out of nowhere, I have to then go and check them out.

7. Summer & Prince - We love doing zoomies around the house and messing up Mom's bed when she's in the shower. We always make sure she never catches us so she can't prove we made the mess. Zimmie from the A04 tried to tell Mom it couldn't be us but she doesn't believe us or him.

SUMMY'S BLOOD TESTS #2

Summer just reminded me I hadn't told you about the results of her second blood test.

Her TSH levels should be between 0.03-0.3 and they were 1.7 which is quite high. This confirmed Sum has hypothyroidism. She started on meds (Eltroxin) that day - 15 January.

2 1/2 weeks have passed and I have noticed a big difference in Summer's energy levels, she's getting back to her old self. She's terrorising Prince more and getting quite vocal like she used to be. I thought Prince & Summer had both matured a lot and settled down, which they have to a certain extent....I now realise that this was half caused by Summer feeling lethargic and not up to chasing Prince around and giving cheek!

Here's a photo of my two rat bags when I got out of the shower yesterday. Don't they look tired and innocent?

Here's a photo of what they had been up to....yes that's my bed all messed up and rolled in. They even managed to push my bedside cabinet and bed up against the far wall!

So things are definitely getting back to normal around here.....is that a good thing or a bad thing? I'm beginning to wonder:)

Prince & Summer's Holiday:)

Hey everypuppy, me and Princey would like to tell you a bit about the holiday we had with some of our bestest friends!

Our Mom had to go to our God Mom's wedding and we couldn't go:( We were real disappointed until we found out we were going to stay with our supercool friends!

We stayed with our friends for five whole nights and had lots of fun chasing each other and playing. There were 7 of us all up, 5 of them and me and Princey. We went and visited our other good friends that are related to the ones we were staying with too, when we were all at their house there was 14 of us....that's a whole lot of sibes everypuppy & biped!!!

I see my little brother has told you it was my birthday the other day...he's so sweet surprising me and Mom like that:) I had some yum yum yummy fresh salmon for my birthday, it's our favourite!

I have to go now, time to hang around Mom for a few more pats and cuddles and I might chase Princey around a bit before I head to bed for the night.

IT'S SOMEONE SPECIAL'S BIRTHDAY!!!

Haroo everypupper, it's me Prince!

I waited till Mom wasn't looking to take over the computer thingee and tell you some news about who's special day it is today. The 30 January is a real siberrific day in our house!

IT'S SUMMER'S BIRTHDAY!!! Happy birthday big sis....wow 4 years old and you don't look a day over 2!!!

They have had so much sadness over the last month or two. It really makes us think about what's important in our lives and how precious life is. Kate and Koda are special to me us cause they're not only our blogging buddies but our real life buddies as well! We go for walkies lots with our buddy Koda....he looks a bit funny cause he's not like us but he's pretty cool. We even live in the same street!!! They make us think about how important it is to have lots of puppy friends....our Mom says it's important to socialise with other puppers. 5. Last, but not least Hollybollybananaboo

We don't know Holly too well but we've sure heard lots about her and we agree that she is beewootiful! Holly makes us think about all the good that people do and about the wonderful friends we have made in the blogging world.....like the A04! I mean Dave & Holly are real close so she's gotta be a cool puppy! We think you're a pretty cool malagal Holly!
